What is a Managed Discretionary Account (MDA)?
An MDA is a share and options trading account that is managed on your behalf by a professional investment adviser, with the investment decisions being made at the adviser's discretion.
The objective of these accounts is wealth creation and income generation through trading gains, dividends and franking credits.
Through the fee structure, the MDA manager is performance-linked so he has an incentive to make you money, while brokerage is lowered to institutional and sub-institutional rates to ensure that your performance is as high as it can be.
We target a return of 20% per annum net of all fees, and if you'd like to aim for a greater return you may elect to open a margin lending account with Leveraged Equities; using 50% gearing our target would rise to 30% per annum for your account.
